RAY PLANTE

Farm Free or Die

Ray Plante

VETERAN. PILOT. FARMER.

Ray Plante brings nearly two decades of military service and real-world leadership experience to his campaign for New Hampshire House of Representatives.

The SUNY Plattsburgh graduate enlisted in the Army National Guard at 17 as a Military Police Officer, later becoming a UH-60 Blackhawk pilot at just 21. He served as Brigade Aviation Officer for Vermont's 86th IBCT through multiple deployments both overseas and at home.

Today, Ray flies Airbus A220s for JetBlue out of Boston Logan while running Bela Brook Farm in Dunbarton, where he raises Scottish Highland cattle and produces maple syrup using regenerative farming methods.

Since moving to New Hampshire in 2017, Ray has put down deep roots in his community. He serves as a Trustee of Dunbarton's Trust Funds and stays active in local Republican politics. As a lifetime NRA member and member of Pioneer Sportsmen, Ray runs on protecting the New Hampshire Advantage, opposing any income or sales tax, and supporting Constitutional Carry and Second Amendment rights.

FIGHTING FOR FREEDOM

Real solutions for New Hampshire families

NO NEW TAXES

Ray Plante will vote NO on any new taxes and will work to eliminate existing taxes that burden New Hampshire families and businesses. He will protect New Hampshire's advantage of having no income or sales tax while fighting to reduce the property tax burden that forces too many residents to leave the state they love. Plante will push for spending cuts and government efficiency measures to keep taxes low without sacrificing essential services.

FARM FREEDOM

Ray Plante will eliminate burdensome state regulations that prevent small New Hampshire farms from selling directly to consumers and processing their own products on-site. He'll push to reduce property tax assessments on active farmland that force multi-generational family operations to sell to developers, protecting both our agricultural heritage and keeping more money in farmers' pockets without New Hampshire's income tax advantage.

DEFEND THE SECOND AMENDMENT

As a lifetime NRA member and military veteran, Ray understands that the right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to our freedom. He will oppose any attempts to restrict Constitutional Carry in New Hampshire and fight against red flag laws that violate due process. Ray believes law-abiding citizens should never have their rights infringed by politicians who don't understand our way of life.

SERVICE BEFORE SELF

From enlisting at 17 to becoming one of the youngest Blackhawk pilots in the Army National Guard, Ray Plante has dedicated his life to serving others. His military experience taught him leadership under pressure and the importance of keeping promises.

As Brigade Aviation Officer for Vermont's 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Ray led complex operations both at home and overseas, always putting mission and team first.

WORKING THE LAND

At Bela Brook Farm in Dunbarton, Ray doesn't just talk about supporting agriculture — he lives it every day. Raising Scottish Highland cattle and producing maple syrup using regenerative farming methods, he understands the challenges facing New Hampshire's farming families.

Ray knows firsthand how overregulation and high property taxes threaten our agricultural heritage. That's why "Farm Free or Die" isn't just a campaign slogan — it's a principle he fights for every day, both on his farm and in the community.
